『Nomies』（以下、当アプリ）は、個人情報に対し、個人情報保護の社会的重要性を鑑み、以下の方針に基づき個人情報の保護に努めます。

当アプリは、アプリの開発や提供に際し、お客様のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報に対して十分な配慮を行うとともに、それを適切に保護、管理することに努めております。また、必要な場合は改善を行います。
4. 安全対策について
- 当アプリは、個人情報の安全性確保のために、個人情報の漏洩、滅失または毀損等の危険に対して、合理的な安全対策、予防、および是正措置を講じます。
- 当アプリは、お客様の個人情報および利用データを、法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合を除き、第三者に開示いたしません。
- 通信は暗号化（HTTPS）され、サーバー上のデータへのアクセスは運営者に限定されています。
5. 取得する情報
- アカウント情報: 表示名、ユーザー名、プロフィール写真、性別、生年、よく飲む都道府県、認証プロバイダ（LINE / Google / 電話番号）の識別子
- 利用情報: 呼びかけ・応募・集合・チャット・DM・フォロー関係、通報・ブロック、プッシュ通知トークン
- 位置情報: 都道府県の自動設定のために端末の位置情報を利用する場合があります（許可した場合のみ。保存するのは都道府県コードのみで、詳細な位置は保存しません）
- 課金情報: App Store のサブスクリプション状態（商品 ID、取引 ID、有効期限、更新・解約・返金の通知）。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は Apple が管理し、当アプリは取得しません
- 計測情報: 画面遷移・操作イベント（Firebase Analytics）、広告識別子（許可した場合のみ、AdMob）

- 飲み仲間の呼びかけ・応募・集合の提供と通知の配信
- Nomies Pro の提供（購入状態の確認、特典の解放・失効）
- 安全性の確保（通報・ブロックへの対応、不正利用の検知）
- サービス改善のための利用状況の分析、広告の表示
7. Google『Firebase』について
- 当アプリは、Google 社が提供する Firebase Analytics（以下、Analytics）、Cloud Firestore、Firebase Storage、Firebase Authentication、Firebase Cloud Messaging を用いて、アクセス解析、アカウント情報の保存、投稿およびチャットに送信されるメッセージ情報の保存、プッシュ通知の配信を行っています。
- 当アプリは、収集した情報をアプリの品質改善や不具合の早期解決、データの管理のみを目的に使用します。
8. 広告について
当アプリは無料で提供するため、Google AdMob による広告を表示しています。広告のパーソナライズは、初回起動時に表示されるトラッキング許可のダイアログでお客様ご自身が選択でき、iPhone の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。Nomies Pro をご利用中は広告を表示しません。
9. 課金・サブスクリプションについて
- Nomies Pro（月額 390 円 ／ 年額 3,900 円、いずれも税込）の購入は App Store を通じて行われます。決済は Apple が処理し、当アプリがクレジットカード情報を取得・保存することはありません。
- 当アプリのサーバーは、Apple が署名した購入情報（取引 ID、商品 ID、有効期限、自動更新の有無）と、それに対応する当アプリのアカウント識別子のみを保存します。
- 更新・解約・返金・課金の失敗が発生した場合、Apple から当アプリのサーバーへ通知が届き、Pro の有効・無効の判定に利用されます。
- これらの課金データは、返金対応、不正利用の防止、および法令上の記録保持のために利用します。広告配信や第三者への販売には利用しません。
- アカウントを削除すると、購入記録から利用者の識別子を切り離し、個人を特定できない形で保持します。
10. 第三者提供・委託
当アプリは、以下の事業者にデータの処理を委託しています。法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
- Google LLC（Firebase の認証・データベース・ストレージ・通知・分析、AdMob による広告配信）
- Apple Inc.（App Store の課金・サブスクリプション管理）
- LINEヤフー株式会社（LINE ログイン）
- Render Services, Inc.（サーバーのホスティング）
11. 保存期間と削除
アプリ内のプロフィール画面にある「アカウントを削除」から、いつでもご自身で削除できます。削除後、プロフィール・呼びかけ・応募・チャット・フォロー関係は速やかに消去されます。課金記録は第 9 項のとおり、個人を特定できない形で保持されます。
12. 法令、規範の遵守と見直し
当アプリは、個人情報に関して適用される法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本プライバシーポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。
13. 本プライバシーポリシーの改訂について
当アプリは、アプリのバージョン変更およびその他の環境の変化によって合理的な必要性が生じた場合、本プライバシーポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、改訂することがあります。
14. 免責事項について
- 当アプリは、期待する機能、商品的価値、正確性、有用性、完全性、最新性、安全性を有すること、および不具合が生じないことについて、いかなる保証をするものではありません。
- 当アプリは、アプリ提供者の都合によりアプリの仕様の変更および提供の終了をすることがあります。当アプリの仕様変更、提供終了および利用不能により生じたデータの消失、機械の故障もしくは損害について、いかなる保証をするものではありません。
- 当アプリのご利用によって発生した直接あるいは間接の損失、損害等に対して、アプリ提供者はいかなる責任も負わないものとします。

- 英語版プライバシーポリシーは、日本語版の翻訳です。

In consideration of the social importance of protecting personal information, "Nomies" (hereinafter referred to as "this application") strives to protect personal information in accordance with the following policy.

In the development and provision of this application, we respect the privacy of our users, take sufficient care of personal information, and strive to protect and manage it appropriately. We will also make improvements when necessary.
4. Safety Measures
- To ensure the safety of personal information, this application takes reasonable safety measures as well as preventive and corrective measures against the risk of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
- This application does not disclose your personal information or usage data to any third party, except where disclosure is required by law.
- Communication is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to data on the server is limited to the operator.
5. Information We Collect
- Account information: display name, username, profile photo, gender, year of birth, usual prefecture, and the identifier of the sign-in provider (LINE / Google / phone number).
- Usage information: gatherings, applications, meetups, chat, direct messages, follow relationships, reports and blocks, and push notification tokens.
- Location: device location may be used to set your prefecture automatically (only with your permission). Only the prefecture code is stored; precise location is not stored.
- Purchase information: App Store subscription status (product ID, transaction ID, expiration date, and renewal, cancellation, or refund notifications). Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by Apple and are never collected by this application.
- Analytics: screen views and interaction events (Firebase Analytics), and the advertising identifier (only with your permission, via AdMob).
6. Purpose of Use
- Providing gatherings, applications, and meetups, and delivering notifications.
- Providing Nomies Pro (verifying purchase status, granting and revoking benefits).
- Ensuring safety (handling reports and blocks, detecting fraudulent use).
- Analyzing usage to improve the service, and displaying advertisements.
7. About Google "Firebase"
- This application uses Firebase Analytics, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Cloud Messaging, provided by Google LLC, for access analysis, storage of account information, storage of posts and chat messages, and delivery of push notifications.
- This application uses the collected information solely for improving the quality of the app, resolving problems promptly, and managing data.
8. Advertising
This application displays advertisements through Google AdMob so that it can be offered free of charge. You can choose whether advertising is personalized in the tracking permission dialog shown at first launch, and you can change it at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iPhone. No advertisements are shown while Nomies Pro is active.
9. Subscriptions and Billing
- Nomies Pro (390 JPY per month or 3,900 JPY per year, tax included) is purchased through the App Store. Payments are processed by Apple, and this application never collects or stores credit card information.
- Our server stores only the purchase information signed by Apple (transaction ID, product ID, expiration date, and auto-renewal status) together with the corresponding account identifier of this application.
- When a renewal, cancellation, refund, or billing failure occurs, Apple notifies our server, and that notification is used to determine whether Pro is active.
- This purchase data is used for refund handling, fraud prevention, and record keeping required by law. It is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
- When an account is deleted, the user identifier is detached from the purchase record, which is then retained in a form that cannot identify an individual.
10. Third Parties and Subcontractors
This application entrusts data processing to the following companies. Personal information is never provided to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- Google LLC (Firebase authentication, database, storage, notifications, analytics, and AdMob advertising)
- Apple Inc. (App Store billing and subscription management)
- LY Corporation (LINE Login)
- Render Services, Inc. (server hosting)
11. Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from "Delete account" on the profile screen in the app. After deletion, your profile, gatherings, applications, chats, and follow relationships are promptly erased. Purchase records are retained in an anonymized form as described in Section 9.
12. Compliance and Review of Laws and Regulations
In addition to complying with the laws, regulations, and other rules applicable to personal information, this application reviews the contents of this Privacy Policy from time to time in an effort to improve it.
13. Revision of this Privacy Policy
This application may review and revise this Privacy Policy as necessary when there is a reasonable need to do so due to changes in the version of the app or other changes in the environment.
14. Disclaimer
- This application does not guarantee that it will have the expected functions, commercial value, accuracy, usefulness, completeness, timeliness, or safety, or that it will be free of defects.
- The provider may change the specifications of the application or discontinue its provision at its own convenience. The provider makes no guarantee regarding loss of data, device failure, or damage arising from such changes, discontinuation, or unavailability.
- The provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by the use of this application.

16. English Version of the Privacy Policy
- The English version of this Privacy Policy is a translation of the Japanese version.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Japanese version shall take precedence.
